Can I get an Instant and True Quote™?
Yes - just click on the True Quote ™ link and enter your details. Rates are automatically and instantly calculated for both Europcar and Thrifty and will include any applicable one way surcharges, age surcharges, airport taxes for that particular depot.

Can I Go One Way Free ™?
Yes - between major cities on the East Coast and within Tasmania one way rentals are FREE of charge when the minimum period is reached. The True Quote ™ System will advise if a one way fee is applicable and if your city pair is possible.

Do you have Images of Vehicles?
Yes - just click on Vehicles Link to see full range of brand new vehicles offered by Europcar and Thrifty Australia.

Can Multiple Bookings be combined for a Lower Rates?
Yes - Multi-Hire Days™ can save you up to 20% of the normal low rates. Add up your rentals days and SAVE up to 20% on normal rates with our Multi Hire Days™. Example: Sydney 5 days Brisbane 12 days Melbourne 5 days = 22 Multi Hire Days™

Can I reduce my Excess or Collision Damage Payments?
Yes - if you select Payment Option 3 which include the Total Protection Package (TPP) your excess is reduced. It costs from A$20 per day online or $22 per day at the depot. For full inclusions with each company simply click the link above. Remember to select Payment Option 3.

Can I make Secure Internet Payments?
Yes - upon confirming your booking you will be emailed a secure payment link which takes you to a real-time secure payment gateway. Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Diners are accepted.
